What We Need From You
To build your Studio Channel, you’ll need to provide:
Images and show artwork (or select the add-on)
High-resolution logos, professional headshots, and any specific branding graphics (layered .PSD or .AI files are preferred if available).
Thumbnails (or select the add-on)
Eye-catching, high-contrast images (1920 x 1080px) that clearly represent your episodes or categories at a glance.
Video and/or Audio links or files
Direct download links (Dropbox/Drive) or hosted URLs (YouTube/Vimeo) for the primary media content you want featured on the site.
Domain name
The registered web address (URL) you intend to use, along with the login credentials for your registrar (e.g., SiteGround or Spaceship).
Hosting account access
Temporary administrative login details for your web hosting provider so we can configure the server environment and install WordPress.

Why does pricing start at $7,550?
This includes professional video setup, custom plugin installation, consulting, and studio-style layout work.
Do I own my website and content?
Yes. You fully own your site and content.
Do you provide hosting or domains?
No, but we assist with setup and recommendations.
Do you host videos?
- No. We connect your videos using professional players or platforms.
What if I don’t have thumbnails or artwork?
Thumbnail and artwork creation is available as an add-on.
What do I need for consulting calls?
Calls must be attended on a desktop or laptop browser.
Policies & Requirements
To begin your Studio Channel project, please review the following:
A signed agreement is required before project commencement.
Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.
The remaining balance is paid in two installments: 25% mid-project and 25% prior to launch.
All required content, assets, and materials must be submitted before your project can begin. Delays in submission may impact your project timeline.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete materials, including text, images, video links, and branding elements.
Revisions are limited to the terms of the selected package. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
Consulting calls must be attended on a desktop or laptop using a web browser. Mobile devices and tablets are not supported for screen sharing.
All communication and approvals must be completed within 72 hours to keep the project on schedule. Delays in response may result in adjustments to the project timeline.
